Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a critical role in sourcing,
attracting, and hiring top talent to support Turinton’s growth in the dynamic Data and
AI technology services space. You will work closely with hiring managers to
understand workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build a strong
pipeline of qualified candidates. This is an opportunity to contribute to building a

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality
candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct
outreach.
Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles in technology, data, and AI.
- Candidate Screening and Selection:
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience,
and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including
interviews, assessments, and feedback loops.
- Employer Branding:
Represent Turinton as a brand ambassador to promote our culture and
values.
Develop compelling job descriptions and content to attract top talent in the
technology and consulting space.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and
provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners,
such as recruitment agencies and platforms.
- Recruitment Operations:
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the
recruitment lifecycle.
Manage recruitment data, metrics, and reporting to continuously improve
processes.
- Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies, tools, and workflows
to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in
talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the
technology or consulting industry.
Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical and non-technical
roles.
- Skills:
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including
LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to
handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and
process improvement.
- Soft Skills:
Passion for identifying and hiring top talent to build high-performing teams.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a problem-solving mindset.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure top candidates.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
