seeking an AI & ML Architect or Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced
AI systems, with expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP),
Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), and the latest large language models
(LLMs).
Job Summary:
As a Backend Engineer (Python), you will design, develop, and maintain server-
side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front
end. You will work closely with our data and AI teams to create scalable applications
that drive the implementation of AI-powered solutions. This role requires a deep
understanding of backend technologies, a passion for problem-solving, and a
commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development:
Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems
using Python.
Build APIs and services to support frontend applications and data integration.
Create and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based
LLM applications, integrating external knowledge bases and real-time
data sources to enhance model accuracy and relevance.
- Database Management:
Design, implement, and maintain database schemas that support application
functionality and scalability.
Optimize database queries for performance and reliability.
- Integration and Collaboration:
Collaborate with front-end developers, data scientists, and AI teams to
integrate backend services with applications.
Work with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of backend
systems.
- Performance and Security:
Monitor application performance and optimize server-side processes for
speed and scalability.
Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with best
practices.
- Innovation and Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and libraries.
Contribute to architectural decisions and innovation within the engineering
team.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience as a backend engineer, with expertise in Python.
Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL,
MySQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes
is a plus).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns is a plus.
